Ash is passionate about helping small business owners navigate the sometimes crazy world of social media, with a wealth of knowledge and experience behind her. Ash will fully immerse herself in your business to truly understand your needs, goals and challenges, and brings her creativity and “out of the box” way of thinking to help you stand out from your competition.
Ash worked for many years in the corporate world before stepping back to raise a family and embark on a different path. Since then, she has established several successful small businesses and along the way uncovered a passion for social media, content creation and the digital world. She is uniquely experienced in optimising social media in line with the greater goals of a business and not simply as a vanity metric.
Ash started The Social Serotonin due to the simple fact that she loves helping small businesses thrive and loves bringing their concepts to life.

How do I become a client of The Social Serotonin?
Send an email to thesocialserotonin@gmail.com and we can discuss what you need or want help with and we can go from there! All our packages are customised to suit your needs, so following this we can provide you with a custom quote.

After this, should you wish to continue, you’ll be provided a letter of engagement – which is an outline of the scope of works and will include the price.
What do you need from me to get started?
A few things – access to your accounts, your social media accounts/handles, your logo/s and branding kits/colours (if you have them), some information about your brand, business and goals, and any applicable photography you might have.
I get to see what you post before you post it, right?
Absolutely, you will receive your content and copy/captions before it is posted, and can request any changes if need be.
But I don’t think I want people to know that you help me, I think I want people to think it’s all me…
We never share anything about our clients to other people, or make it known that we are managing your social media unless you give permission.
